CSO Purpose

The Association is established in order to: 1. Promote a strong evaluation culture in the country as a critical element for accountability, good governance and transparency in development processes; 2. Improve evaluation methodologies and use; and 3. Promote evaluation as a profession in the country.

CSO Objective

The Association aims to strengthen the evaluation culture in the country by: 1.To develop the evaluation culture in the country: 2. To educate and inform people about the need of evaluation; 3. To promote evaluation as an integral element in the development process; 4. To develop the capacity and skill of our evaluators; and 5.To contribute to knowledge generation and evidence-based planning and policy formation process.
