The CSOA family bids farewell to the outgoing Member & Chairperson Mr. Jigme Namgyel, Director, Directorate of Services, Ministry of Finance who has now been transferred to the Secretariat Services, JDWNRH and outgoing Eminent Member Ms Pema Lhamo, former (resigned) Executive Director, Bhutan Transparency Initiative. 

Mr. Jigme Namgyel was appointed by the Finance Ministry with effect from 15/01/2019 and served until 30/04/2021 (2 years and 3 months) as an Authority Member.

Ms. Pema Lhamo was elected from amongs the registered CSOs on 15/05/2018 and her first term ends on 15/05/2021.

The CSOA family wishes Mr. Jigme Namgyel success and good luck in his new assignment and Ms. Pema Lhamo a happy and healthy retired life ahead.
