An in-house workshop for the CSOA Secretariat staff was successfully conducted from 16th  - 19th June 2021 at Dewachen Resort, Phobjikha. During the 4-day workshop the pariticipants came up with a draft Standard Operatiing Procedure (SOP) on Compliance and Inquiry and also revisited and revised the unendorsed comprehensive version of SOP on new CSO Registration Procedures.

The draft SOPs will be submitted to the upcoming Authority Meeting for necessary review and endorsement.
