The 37th Authority Meeting was convened on 30th December 2022. The Meeting tabled and deliberated on several pertaining issues revolving the civil society sector. The key outcome of the meeting were the revision of couple of regulatory provisions as per the CSO Amendment Act 2022 and endrosement of the CSOA's Annual Plan for 2023 & deregistration of Bumthang Health Association (voluntary dissolution). The Meeting also provided decisive & strategic directions to the secretariat to be executed hereupon. 

The Meeting was attended by its Chairperson, H.E. Lyenpo Ugyen Dorji, Mr. Tashi Penjore, Director, DLO, Ms. Chencho Lhamu (Ph.D), Executive Director, BCMD and Mr. Sherub Dorji, Member Secretary, CSOA and the secretariat staffs. The next Authority will congregate on the first week of March 2022 tentetively.
